General Conditions (English Version)
All products and offers are valid exclusively within the Italian territory, unless otherwise specified. The currency used is the Euro (€). The general conditions of the healthy-pocket.com online store are formulated in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Law (ZVOP-1), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS), and international e-business codes.
Healthy-pocket.com is an online store managed by Udem Pharma srl, VAT no. IT15938471008, which is the e-commerce service provider and is responsible for all content and pricing on the healthy-pocket.com pages. These general conditions govern the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the customer, and regulate the business relationship between the store and the customer.
An “online sales contract” refers to a distance contract involving the purchase of goods and/or services concluded between a supplier and a consumer through a remote sales system, using the Internet as the exclusive communication tool. All contracts are therefore finalized by accessing the website healthy-pocket.com and completing the purchase process. The supplier may, at its discretion, request order confirmation from the customer. A consumer is any individual acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity.
1. Order Processing:
Within 2 to 12 working hours from receiving the order, the supplier reviews availability and confirms or declines the order with an explanation. The supplier reserves the right to contact the customer by phone. Upon order confirmation, the customer receives an email with an estimated delivery date. At this point, the purchase contract is irrevocably concluded.
2. Order Shipment:
Products are packed and shipped within the promised timeframe. The supplier sends an email and SMS with shipping confirmation and tracking details, including instructions for returns, delays, and withdrawal procedures.
Shipments are handled by BRT Express Courier with delivery times of 24 hours for 86% of Italian locations and 48 hours for islands and Calabria. Upon shipment, a tracking number is emailed.

Orders from €0 to €39.99 = €5.00
Orders over €40.00 = Free shipping
Prices are valid for all members of healthy-pocket.com. Users become members by registering on the website. Registration is also possible during checkout. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. In case of price changes during processing, the customer will be notified. The supplier will do their best to offer a better price or a satisfactory solution. The purchase contract is finalized when the customer confirms the order and receives an “Order Processing” email.
Invoices are issued by Udem Pharma srl – VAT No. IT15938471008, based in 00054 Fiumicino (RM), which also acts as the merchant. Prices on the website include VAT. For communication, customers can contact customers@healthy-pocket.com or via WhatsApp at +39 351 3902614.
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard): Payment is securely processed through Stripe. No card details are stored.
Cash on Delivery: Pay the courier in cash upon delivery.
Klarna: Pay in 3 interest-free installments (requires Klarna registration, minimum order €35).
Delivery is made by BRT Courier within 24–48 hours of order/payment confirmation. Delivery costs are shown during checkout and depend on the payment method. Delivery must be to a physical address in Italy, not a P.O. box. You may choose a work or holiday address, considering your presence during the estimated delivery time.
The supplier is committed to protecting customer data, using it only for order fulfillment, invoicing, and essential communications. No data will be shared with unauthorized parties.
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, with no need to justify the decision. Notice must be sent in writing (email or registered mail) to the company. The 14-day period is respected if the communication is sent before it expires.
Upon withdrawal, the supplier refunds all payments, including shipping, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Products must be returned intact, unused, and in the original packaging. The supplier may withhold the refund until the product is received or until proof of return is provided. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Udem Pharma srl does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as responsible. Customers may use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR), established under Regulation EU No. 524/2013, to resolve issues related to online purchases.
The supplier complies with consumer protection laws and has an effective complaint handling system. Complaints can be sent via email to customers@healthy-pocket.com. The supplier confirms receipt within 5 working days and informs the customer of the next steps. The supplier aims to resolve any issue amicably, considering the imbalance between the value of most complaints and the cost of legal action.
