SHIPPING COSTS FOR ITALY

Shipments are delivered within 24/48 hours from the receipt of your order using the Bartolini express courier.
We have improved our service by providing customers with a tracking code and shipment confirmation via SMS at the moment the package is handed over to the courier.

The tracking allows you to know the exact location of the shipment and the expected delivery date (usually within 24/48 hours from the order).

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders received by 1:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same afternoon.
Orders received after 1:00 PM are typically processed on the next working day.
In the event of a courier issue causing delays in delivery, please inform us as soon as possible—we will resolve the issue promptly.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

Upon delivery, the courier will request a signature from the recipient.
If the person signing is different from the name indicated on the shipment, the latter remains responsible for the package and any related costs.

Before signing the delivery receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the package. If it appears to be damaged in any way, please write “damaged package” or “subject to inspection” next to your signature.
If the contents are damaged as well, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

We cannot accept complaints if none of the above notes are made on the delivery slip.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave instructions for you to get in touch and arrange redelivery.
If the package is returned to us due to lack of contact, the shipping costs will be charged to you.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipments are carried out via Bartolini Express Courier, with a delivery time of 24 hours for 86% of Italian locations, and 48 hours for islands, Calabria, or remote areas.
A tracking link will be sent via email once your package has been dispatched.

Bartolini courier shipping rates are as follows:

• Orders from €0 to €39.99 → Shipping cost: €5.00

• Orders over €40.00 → Free shipping
