Right to withdraw from the contract, return of goods

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to give any reason for their decision. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the package or on which the package is acquired by a third party (other than the carrier) designated by the customer for this purpose. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written notice to the company’s registered office, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email to the general address customers@healthy-pocket.com. In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the notice relating to the exercise of the customer’s right of withdrawal to be sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period from this contract.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

If the customer decides to withdraw from the contract, the supplier shall refund all payments received, including shipping costs, with immediate effect and within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the date on which the supplier received notification of withdrawal from the contract. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. The supplier is not obliged to accept cash on delivery parcels or shipments that do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions. The supplier reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been returned by the customer or until the customer has provided proof of return of the goods in question. The customer should preferably return the goods intact, in the same quantity and in their original packaging.

The same payment method chosen by the customer during the initial transaction will be used for the refund, unless a different method is agreed with the customer; the customer will not be charged any refund costs under any circumstances.
